Dreams, family stories and imagination inspired Linda Ternoir to begin drawing at an early age. Her mother was a teacher and classical pianist, who also painted with water color. While in high school, Linda attended art classes at the Art Institute of Chicago and went on to study fine art at the University of Illinois.
Currently, Linda paints with acrylics, draws with ink; sometimes incorporating dry media and collage into her pieces. She has been commissioned to create paintings, drawings, and murals. Her work, exhibited in solo, duo, and group shows has won various awards and prizes.
